The Duct Saddle Strapping System:

  • Saves money!
  • Saves the HVAC system!
  • Helps save the planet!

HVAC installers and energy efficiency specialists take a look! DS3 flex duct hangers remove restrictions in your duct system and increase airflow to help save money on heating and air conditioning costs, reduce energy waste, reduce equipment breakdowns and extend the life of any HVAC system.

Are you struggling with uncomfortable rooms, extended run times, poor airflow and need a quick and easy fix? The Duct Saddle Strapping System is the flex duct hanging support designed just for this! The DS3 is a plastic, load distributing support used to quickly and easily suspend flex duct without kinking, while keeping it fully expanded for maximum airflow.

The benefits of The Duct Saddle Strapping System include low-cost, fast and easy installation with no tools required, increased system efficiency, extended life of your HVAC unit, and saves a lot of money on your utility bills! DS3 flex duct hangers work with all types of strapping, including traditional metal strapping or the new polyweb strapping. The DS3 system is 100% sustainable and reduces the carbon footprint of every home for a greener environment.

Technical Specification:

The saddle measures 12″ x 14″ x 2.5

Available in a 20-pack, 100-pack, and 200-pack

DS3 allows for fast and easy installation with NO TOOLS REQUIRED.

The installer completes the strapping process as normal. The duct is lifted and the saddle is inserted on the inside of the strap, then slid down to the bottom of the duct where the load distributing effect supports the duct without sagging.

The strapping simply slides sideways into “H” cut of the patented strap channel. The saddle slides forward until the strap clears the front tongue. Then the saddle is pulled backward until the strap rests in the strap locator section, which holds the strapping in place.

The saddle is now installed. The ducts can be pulled taut, which creates a smooth inner liner, holds the duct in a fully expanded state and provides the lowest amount of friction possible.
