The NCI Red (Warning) Tag has been created to identify hazardous combustion equipment. They contain the right text to help prevent you from liability when dealing with a potentially lethal situation.

These 3-part (form) tags are created to allow the contractor to keep a copy of the tag for his records, provide a copy for the customer and attach the actual tag onto the designated equipment. There are locations on the tag for the technician signature, customer signature, date and time. There is a location to put your company label or stamp. Tags come complete with wire (for attaching) and are reinforced to prevent accidental removal.
